New Summer Timetable
The summer timetable 2010 offers a wide range of domestic and international non-stop flights to and from Samara.
Scheduled services between
Samara and one of the most popular domestic resorts, Sochi will resume this summer. These flights
will be operated by 4 different airlines: Orenair, Kavminvodyavia, Kuban Airlines, and UTair. UTair starts
to fly from Samara to Sochi 5 times a week at
the end of March, but also plans to operate scheduled services to other resorts
of Krasnodarsky Kray, such as Anapa and Krasnodar.
The carrier is also expected to operate regular flights this summer to Saint Petersburg, the
destination already served by Rossiya Airlines.
Moreover, during the 2010 summer period, the following airlines have added frequencies to relatively new destinations to their scheduled domestic services: Kavminvodyavia to Irkutsk and Yakutsk in Eastern Siberia and Krasavia to Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk.
Starting March 29, Kurumoch Airport offers passengers departing from Samara a number of scheduled flights, operated by leading Russian airlines but also by national carriers from the CIS countries, to the cities of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan.
This summer Kurumoch Airport continues its successful cooperation with an Italian low cost airline Wind Jet offering scheduled direct service from Samara to Forli, a city in Emilia-Romagnia, Italy, with further connecting flights to Palermo and Catania.
Kurumoch Airport’s summer sun charter network is expanded with the addition of Monastir (Tunisia), Barcelona (Spain), Rhodes and Iraklion (Greece), Pula (Croatia), and Tivat (Montenegro).
The new summer flight timetable becomes effective from March 28, 2010.
